Can't pay via PayPal - Alternate Payment Option

If you are experiencing issues paying via PayPal, there might be a few reasons why:

  1. The credit card you are using to purchase is already attached to a PayPal account you own.
  2. PayPal does not allow payments from your country.

To rectify this issue, you can try the following:

  • The most obvious is to try again.
  • You can also try to clear your browser cookies and cache and re-attempt.
  • Give PayPal a call, mentioning the error message you are getting.

Alternate Payment Method

If you are still experiencing issues purchasing our products, we do have an alternate payment method.

Follow these steps:

  1. Go to . You'll be taken to a generic order form.
  2. Fill in your details.
  3. In Step 2, you'll see 'Choose Your Price'. Enter the amount of the product you want to purchase.
  4. As soon as you enter an amount, you'll see fields to enter your credit card details. Enter the details. You may also choose PayPal.
  5. Click the Complete Order button once done.
  6. You'll then be redirected to an "order completed" page. You can ignore what's on the page.
  7. You'll receive a receipt from our system. Please forward this receipt to quoting the product you would like access. A sales representative will provide you access within 24 hours.

If you wish to also purchase any upgrades, you may either repeat the same steps above, or add the total amount in one transaction.
