Password Retrieval Does Not Work

If you tried using the Password Retrieval/Lost Password function in NitroWealth and did not receive an email with password reset instructions, the mail might have landed in your spam folder.

Here's what to do:

  1. Reset your password again:
  2. Now check your spam folder from an email with subject line "RE: Your membership login info". It should come from ''.
  3. Make sure to whitelist so that in the future, emails from NitroWealth won't land in your spam folder. You can do this by simply adding to your contacts list in your email service or mark it as 'Not Spam'.
