Password Retrieval Does Not Work

If you tried using the Password Retrieval/Lost Password function in NitroWealth and did not receive an email with password reset instructions, the mail might have landed in your spam folder.

Here's what to do:

  1. Reset your password again: http://nitrowealth.com/members/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
  2. Now check your spam folder from an email with subject line "RE: Your membership login info". It should come from 'noreply@nitrowealth.com'.
  3. Make sure to whitelist noreply@nitrowealth.com so that in the future, emails from NitroWealth won't land in your spam folder. You can do this by simply adding noreply@nitrowealth.com to your contacts list in your email service or mark it as 'Not Spam'.
